Telehealth

You are only a phone call away from seeing a doctor

Now you can visit your doctor, live anywhere via smartphone, tablet or computer. Our office is currently offering Telehealth appointments for patients with non-urgent issues. Please call the office to set up a telehealth appointment today.

How It Works

Patients, using a link provided via e-mail on their mobile devices or computers, can explain their child's symtpoms, do a virtual physicial evaluation, review prior imaging, and receive medical care by a fellowship trained physician. Doctors will consult with patients via audio and video in real time.
  • Live face-to-face care for pediatric and adolescent patients
  • Can stay in the comfort of your home during the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Prescriptions can be sent directly to the facility/physician of your choice

Before the Appointment

Any necessary paperwork will be sent to you to complete via DocuSign to complete. You can email our office a copy of your driver's license and insurance card to help@chortho.com.

Send Us Your Imaging

We use 'My Medical Images' to manage your child's imaging files such as X-ray, MRI, or CT scan. We import the images into our PACS system for the physician to review. Use this secure form below to safely upload your child's medical images.
